Fathers Day to Summer Solstice

Rainbow, Guilford, CT

This rainbow over the peace pole,  which arrived in between the lunar eclipse and the Venus Transit, was striking in how it defined polarities in the sky.  Perhaps it was showing us how to round up the dark for transmutation in the Light.  As I settle into my new home on the salt marsh in CT, I am greatly smitten with the Ospreys nesting in view of my porch.  The male is fishing for his mate and offspring on the nest as I write this.  Last night while walking by the water here, I was gifted with a picture of his image in the sky:

"Cloud Osprey", over Long Island Sound, CT

Happy Father’s Day to the fathers.  May we all soar strong and high in the opening of our newly balanced male energy on the heels of the recent eclipses and Venus Transit.  We will need these pure energies of Wind, Water and Earth to balance the Fire Energy as we move toward Summer Solstice.  This year, Solstice falls on Weds, June 20th, at 7:09 pm here in the northeast.

Salt marsh, Branford, CT

As you gaze at the fiery reflection of the sun on the water, let us see the fire energy balanced with all the other elements on our planet….especially with the Water….the Air….and with Mother Earth.  Pause on Solstice Day and spend a while meditating on balance of these elements within you, and in your immediate environment, as well as on the planet.  Let your Love for these essential ingredients of our physical existence permeate all.
